Overall wonderful service. One dissatisfier is not being able to take home what we selected. Prescription has to be faxed, insurance authorization done, and products ordered. Wish all that was clearer to me before the long drive. Still worthwhile. Help with fitting and them doing all the paperwork is valuable.

The ladies that work there are wonderful. I went in ahead of surgery to see what would be available. They told me what I needed for the hospital. They worked with my doctor for the prescription and insurance for payment. I will always be thankful and a customer

My first experience with All About You was back in 2014. Post bilateral mastectomy. I was fitted for bras and breast inserts. I was overwhelmed with the cancer diagnosis alone but knowing what to do afterwards is something entirely different! They helped me with my insurance also! They were wonderful to deal with. Lori really cares about her clients.
Now as a returning client, unfortunately 10 years later I have been diagnosed with arm lymphodema. None of the medical equipment pharmacies were helpful when I was calling around asking about a sleeve. So I visited All About You! Pina and Debbie have been fantastic to work with as well! They took my arm measurements , and ordered the sleeve for me.. within a week they called to let me know it was in! When I went down to pick it up, they tried it on me and were showing me how to put it on. Unfortunately it was a bit too tight for me, NO BIG DEAL.. they are just reordering one! It is my own medical issues in my hand that made it feel
Too snug! They were wonderful to chat with and
DID NOT make me feel as if I were a bother to them!

While making my appointment, I was asked which insurance I have and told them I have Blue Cross. I was assured that they take Blue Cross. I made the hour plus trip to get fitted for bras and breast prosthetics. As soon as I made it to the shop and started to check in, the salesperson looked at my insurance card and said, oh we don't take Blue cross of Texas. If they know that there are only certain plans/states that they can accept, then that should have been asked when making the appointment. I asked if they could try to run the insurance, and I was told that the best they could do was allow me to pay out of pocket, then they could TRY to run it through, and IF they got paid they would reimburse me. Sounds shady. They weren't even apologetic about my wasted time and gas. I found another boutique, they didn't know if it would go through, but tried and it worked. It only took five minutes to check.

What a wonderful store! Great selection (plus size too) so friendly, helpful and caring. Worth the 1 1/2 hour drive. You won't be disappointed.?
