Had such a great experience here! Was ready to leave the mall empty handed when I was searching for a birthday dress, and I saw this store on my way out and decided to stop in. They had SO many nice pieces. They have a nice variety of casual to dressy. So many cute sweaters for fall and boots. And very reasonably priced as well. It felt so cozy and welcoming in the store as well as the fitting rooms. The fitting rooms were huge with plenty of room to hang items, sit down, and even had carpeting which was so nice. We all know it feels gross going into a fitting room and having your bare feet on some cold tile ?

The girls that were working were so lovely as well! Definitely my new go-to!!

I came here with my daughter for the first time and omg what a unique stylish hidden shopping gem! Let me tell you , I wanted one of everything in every possible color !!! The store associates were all so helpful and sweet!!! Definitely can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this store give them all of your money!

Went shopping with my gf. We stopped in here, bc she wasnt finding a whole lot of clothong she liked at other stores. Anyhow we stopped in and the store smelled really good. A girl named angelica greeted us and was super friendly. Really positive vibes and just a good feeling when you walk in. Angelica offered a fitting room and carried the stuff over and correctly spelled my girlfriends name right on the door. Which made her really happy because nobody ever does. Definitely an unexpected and good find. She ended up with 2 new tops that she loves. We ended up having a really good day thanks to the positive people in that store.

My 13 year old sister and I went into this store today and we’re SO pleasantly surprised. Their semi-annual sale had the BEST clothes for so so cheap! We got really cute skirts and tops for 10$ and under! The staff was so helpful and kind, and even though it was busy the store was organized so well! The clothes there are high quality and fit many different types of bodies. I appreciated this store so much!

Ana, Chiarah & Miranda helped me so much to find and get the dress I needed for an event last minute. The stores in the chicago land area were all out of my size and I needed it within two days. The one I originally bought had a tear in it. The girls from Knoxville shipped me a direct dress overnight free of charge! Everyone who has helped me at Altar’d State have been nothing short of AMAZING! I can’t wait to shop here more, knowing that the employees actually care!

Love love love this place! I just happened to walk in while my husband and I were strolling the mall, and it was hands down some of the best customer service I have ever received. The staff are friendly and always smiling, and they really enjoy talking to the customers and helping them find what they need.

I have no idea how to shop for myself, and when I asked for help because I felt overwhelmed, they jumped in and helped me find pieces that worked for me. They never made me feel pressured to buy anything, but I gave them ALL my money. Never change your level of customer service ladies! You're awesome!
