The management and staff are rude. Give mean girl vibes 100% and make me uncomfortable to shop there. I like the products but very skeptical about shopping at any location because they hire the same type of people who are judgemental and not helpful.

Altard state is an amazing company, they have a flyer with their employee benefits and mission for you to look at. This store has made an effort to really spruce it up. I looked at previous pictures and fell more impressed.

They have the best staff at this store. I can’t remember her name at the moment, but the store manager is the sweetest person! I always find the cutest clothes and they always have sales going on. I’ve never come to this store without finding at least one thing I wanted to buy. They always have a hassle free return or exchange process if I changed my mind on something. I love going to this store and would highly recommend them!

Great atmosphere with cute clothes and amazing staff. Never unhappy when I go in there, the staff greet you, get you a dressing room and check on you. Everyone is so sweet and makes conversation and is more than willing to go grab you a different size/color to try on.

I love this store, it’s big and the selection is really nice. I appreciate how clean it always is and how organized it is. The clearance rack in this store is towards the very back on the left.

I’ve been to plenty of Altard States but never have I been not been greeted, asked if I need assistance, or had help. Very disappointed for such an area where people are likely to spend money. The staff that was working were rude, distant, and just unwelcoming. We came in on Saturday looking for dresses for my SIL, cousin, and I for my grandmothers funeral this week and possible dresses for our beach vacation later this summer. We loved the products but disliked the staff very much. We were having some trouble finding visitation and funeral dresses. Never have I ever had to get my own dressing room. Not only did that happen but the dressing rooms were filthy. and we would’ve loved to have been helped in such a somber time. Unfortunately this Christian store did not bring the Lord’s comfort or kindness on Saturday to my family and I. This company needs to check on this store if they want to keep making money here I saw many people get treated the same way we did when we were in there. I would’ve easily bought several full price items as well as my SIL and cousin but we took our money elsewhere.

I just had the BEST experience at Altar’d State in the Promenade! Literally from the moment I walked in Courtney greeted me and immediately asked if I was shopping for something specific. I let her know I was seeing Legally Blonde the Musical this weekend so I needed pink of course! Before I knew it she has acquired Zoe (who was cool and confident and knew what she was talking about) and Stevie (who was working her first day, and didn’t miss a beat!) were picking things for me and had planned outfits in my dressing room! It was freaking awesome, especially for someone like me who needs style guidance! I didn’t feel pressured to buy something I didn’t like or want, which is a big deal for me! I only felt support when I walked out of my dressing room and the other coworkers who weren’t helping prior were cheering me on! Talk about a major confidence boost! The staff at Altar’d State are top notch!! I say all this to say, I highly highly recommend this boutique!! Added a photo when I got back home and tried it all on again, so my face and messy room lol!

Had such a great experience in this store! Zoe was such a big help in finding the items I wanted. Brooklyn and Sophia were also great! I love this store and will be shopping here again!
