Mary did a phenomenal job setting up a bagel and cookie station for the guests that came into the store for Black Friday. Which was a treat! Mary is always uplifting and ready to make every person she comes across feel empowered! Altar’d State should feel very blessed to have Mary on their team!!

I think this store is super cute and trendy but isn't the best quality for what you pay. The real reason I am making this review is because the employee Mary is genuinely the sweetest person ever! I have seen and talked to her several times but she is so inviting, caring, and supportive. I love seeing her every time I come in. (:

Mary was the highlight of Black Friday. She made sure everyone was helped and found what they needed. She went above and beyond and even set up customers with a ‘bagel bar’ and ‘homemade honey butter’. She’s a treasure, and as long as she’s hired, I’ll be shopping there. My favorite associate. ❤️

I asked to put a dress on hold until a certain day so I could get a 'birthday' discount for November. They ended up selling the dress while it was on hold and the manager didn't give a shit when they didn't have the dress anymore. Got 0 apology whatsoever.

Usually there are really nice employees here, but today while waiting in line just to get assistance in getting a fitting room, there was one cashier checking out a customer and another associate is just standing there also engaging in random conversation with the customer. Although it was a lengthy conversation, I had no problem waiting until the daughter of the customer signaled that someone was waiting for assistance and the associate just looked and went back to doing literally nothing. Anyone with basic customer service skills would say something like “Im sorry, let me just assist this customer. Are you waiting to check out or did you need assistance?”. That associate was terrible and while I found some stuff I was looking forward to trying on and purchasing, I was not going to do it dealing with her poor attitude.

Was passing by and saw some cool looking clothes for My girlfriend and was met with Mary. Instantly knew I was going to leave with something just because of how sweet and inviting she was. Later we got some clothes we liked and had my girlfriend try them on and have a fashion show. Mary is the sweetest person ever and an angel. If you're reading this Mary, thank you!!!
