If I could give this store a 0 I would. Do not shop here. Bought a shirt that was labeled my correct size got it home because they don't have dressing rooms and it was so small. When I went back to get a refund they said they could only evenly exchange it for it being beach wear. They could only do excahnges on each individual item and not the full amount. When is a t-shirt beach wear? No where on their receipt said you can't get a refund unless it is past 7 days. I tried to return it the same day. This store is seriously the worst Alvin's Island I have ever been to.

UPDATE, ZERO RESOLUTION FROM CORPORATE OFFICE. They are standing by their ridiculous definition that a tee shirt is a beach accessory because it has 30 ultraviolet protection and therefore will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please make sure you check you will be able to return an item before purchasing it from Alvin's.

I purchased a tee shirt which was the wrong size. The manager refused to refund or even exchange. The tag is still on, well within the 7 day return policy. The manager claimed this was beach wear and could not be returned. This would be ridiculous enough if accurate. However, the store's return policy printed on the receipt clearly states bathing suits can not be refunded, nothing about tee shirts! I have contacted the corporate office. It's a tee shirt so obviously not the money that's the real issue it's the principle.

I buy a hoodie and a hat like every year when I visit but there are also many trendy dresses and crop top outfits too! We found $5.99 sweatshirts this time with matching sweat pants. There's a lot to choose from as well as cute jewelry and swim wear.

We must have stopped by at just the right time, because everything was 25-75% off! We're on vacation, and we got lots of little souvenirs for family at a great price! Huge place with tons of stuff packed in. Shirts, dresses, hoodies, shoes/sandals, sunglasses, hats, dried out alligator heads... A little bit of everything if you're looking for souvenirs.

Don't bother coming to this one. The workers here are extremely rude and won't assist you with simple questions on merchandise. You're better off going to one of the other 10 stores down the front

There are a ton of these stores all along the coast. Great place for souvenirs and beach accessories. Prices are reasonable
