I had to take an elderly friend of mine to get a lift chair and this is honestly been one of the best experiences at a place of business I have ever had. They were very patient with us and very kind. They let her sit down at the front of the store and had someone bring up the lift chair she was interested in so she could try it at the front of the store and not have to walk any further. They patiently explained the controls to her and everybody was so helpful getting her into the lift chair and helping her out. It was just overall a phenomenal experience. The Lift Chair that she ended up purchasing looks like it's going to be a perfect fit for what she needs. They were the only store in the area that had exactly what we were looking for. Great location with plenty of parking, staff were knowledgeable and helpful too. Prices were reasonable, Layout is neat and organized, choices of items for sale are incredible!!! You want it~ they have it!!!

Nice store, moreso furniture than antiques. They have 2-3buildings next to each other, two are furniture and the 3rd is their "Antique" store. Don't get me wrong, they did have antiques in there, but I felt like it was more of a gift shop with a few antique vendors throughout. Some good finds though

I went to The Refinery for the first time yesterday and was absolutely blown away by the service! As soon as I walked in, Ryan, greeted me and was genuinely interested in helping me find the right pieces to complete our new home. I had an idea of what I was looking for and Ryan kindly pointed me to several options to consider. He asked questions to get an idea of my style and understand the space we are trying to fill, then thoughtfully made suggestions on how we can make each new piece coordinate with our existing furniture. He was kind, patient, and truly embodied Alyssa's mission to serve and wow their guests. I ultimately chose a new dining set, sideboard, and a gorgeous 3-panel wall art thanks to Ryan's expertise! Thank you for a wonderful furniture buying experience!

Oh my gosh. Alyssa's is a massive place with a wonderful variety of shops, plus a fabulous place to have a Bridle or Baby Shower! Plan on spending some extra time because there's so much to see and enjoy.
