I used to LOVE Amor Boutique. And once she opened a storefront I feel like it's gone downhill as an online boutique.
Thave commented on posts about my orders with no response, sent direct messages to the company page with no response & finally got responses from the owner when I sent to her directly to which she told me they prefer emails. I've then sent emails with no responses. At this point all I want is a refund for the preorders that I could already have in my hand locally.
Amor Boutique may be great customer service at the brick & mortar, but absolutely not worth online ordering.

I purchased a necklace here for nearly $100. I was reluctant to do so but the store manager assured me that the owner of the store would make it right if the necklace ever tarnished. A week later, I was wearing the necklace and it completely fell apart. When I took it back into the store, the owner not only would not give me my full refund, she insisted a store credit with a 50% refund. I experience is that the owner will not make it right if her clothes and or Pour. In addition to that, she will ensure that he won’t get to spend it in her store on another unequality like item.

I have been shopping with amor online since she opened as well as in person when the store opened. i have never once had an issue with shipping, poor communication, etc. i just received what could probably be my 100th package with absolutely no issue- also it was brand new items that were on flash sale for being a text vip!

The ONLY reason I’d give Amor 1 star is because it keeps me BROKE! LOL jk wishing I could give 10 stars! My absolute FAVORITE store & the employees are top notch in customer service! Always greeted with a smile & hello’s. So many cute clothes to choose from & the owner goes ABOVE & BEYOND. Beautiful Beautiful store! I can’t get enough.

I came to leave my review about my order that I never received and see that this has been a problem for them in the past based on prior reviews. I have sent messages through email and social media and they have refused to respond to any of my messages or comments & I never received my order.

Update to this: they never responded to me whatsoever. I was forced to dispute the transaction as they never responded to me nor refunded my money. They then posted the set for sale on their website. Do not order from them, this is clearly a problem for them that they will take people’s money, not fulfill the order or respond.
