Went into the shop to inquire if they could help me put a sight and rest of on my bow. The old fella behind the counter was more interested in his cell phone than helping me. He responded "yes" without ever making eye contact.

Now, I get it...I didn't buy the bow or accessories from them and the old man might have been salty about losing those sales. But, come on, if he'd treated me well, I would more inclined to buy a bow and accessories from them in the future.

And, for what it's worth...I was the only person in the store. Both the kid perched on the counter and the old man were not doing anything other than laying around. I could understand lackluster customer service if they were slammed...this was not the case.

First time visiting this shop today. I definitely will be back, the fella helping me with my bow, I think his name was James was very helpful both with archery knowledge and product knowledge. The young lady didn't catch her name, I think she was his wife, she was very friendly and helpful also.
This place is an hour drive from me but well worth it for all my archery needs in the future.

This is the only place I will go from now on!!!! Great experience from start to finish!! The guys were Awesome!! Took care of me and even stayed an hour and 15 minutes after business hours to assure I was sighted in and ready to hunt!!! The store also offers deer stands and blinds, rubber boots, soft and hard cases for your bow and an indoor range along with a ton of accessories!!! Thank you for my Hoyt Bow Gentlemen!! Looking forward to my next visit so I can get some snake boots!! Thank you again!!!

Ask could I exchange broadhesds and I opened them he said no this is not Walmart. Then he couldn’t fix my crossbow. Brought it home fixed it myself. I asked a simple question didn’t have to get smart.

I am a newbie to bow hunting. I had purchased a used bow to start with. I took into the store and the guy swapped out the mods, fixed my bow strings and installed a new d-ring. They recommended some good arrows for me as well. Super nice and helpful staff.

I am a dummy when it comes to archery. My father-in-law bought me a crossbow for my birthday and I was having issues sighting it in. The staff was friendly and phenomenal in assisting me to get it sighted in, and sold me some good quality arrows. Their inventory and prices are better than any other competitor in the area. I will definitely continue to do business here!

Wade was able to help me with some technical information that pertains to the FMJ arrow shaft. He was exceptionally courteous and open minded. This is truly a Pro Shop the real deal. These guys are driven to help you be successful.
