The sale lady put a shirt on the front counter for me, I paid ,left, got home realized it was the wrong size! I was bummed because I live almost 50 miles away. Dawn was beyond amazing. She went above and beyond mailing my correct size shirt to me, and I received it in 2 days. That's amazing customer service right there! I will be back. Thank you Dawn, again, I appreciate you!

It’s always a good experience till it isn’t. Their 90day return policy on a boot sounds good till you use it. A work boot is meant to be worn and will get scratches. Problems don’t always reveal themselves right away and if you have worn them and they have issues and you have scratches then forget the return policy. The stores are thinking of a normal return.mine were defective and then they wanted an extensive report to return them. Which I needed to exchange. Just keep this in mind. This was just one bad experience out of many, many pairs of boots I have purchased from Ariat. They still make a awesome boot!

Don’t come here to get deals. I drove 30 minutes to get a deal on boots. Some boots are full price even though they are on the clearance rack at the outlet. Like the F. Stupid. I’ll buy full price in the full price stores lol. ? asked the clerk and she like. Yeah some boots are full price. Whatever. Won’t shop here then.
