The worst Christmas policy! after they ordered pieces for my daughter in store because they didn’t have items and sizes. Didn’t tell me that my daughter wouldn’t be able to exchange and I was one day late, the day after Christmas because I didn’t get a gift receipt to qualify for Christmas exchange. Item was on sale but was a little tight. Finally gave in to exchange for a size up.
I spend thousands of dollars there. Each item is over a hundred dollars so it adds up.
Will be sure to shop more at stores like Abercrombie for my kids. Exchange is so much better!

I had an excellent experience here. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing outstanding service with both shopping and exchanges.

When I tried to exchange the dress, the only one available in the store had stains. The sales associate offered to order a new one online and have it sent directly to my home. She also remembered another dress I had tried on earlier, which was out of stock
in my size, and asked if I’d like to order it as well. I was pleasantly surprised by her attention to detail.

I have never heard of this store before until today. No mirrors in dressing rooms is such a poor design choice and even weirder that the sales associates meet your confusion at this concept with a stare like you have 2 heads.

Shocking that I actually wanna be left alone to shop and not have sales associates bother me or boyfriends and kids watching me try stuff on. I had to use my phone camera and decided not to purchase anything.

This store is only a month or so new! Excited for this Canadian based retailer to come to Honolulu. Lots of high quality brands from all over the world sold here. On the pricey side (this whole outfit I have on cost ~$350).

Excellent , 5 star customer service and staff. Super friendly and helpful. Ming was my stylist, but other workers were quick to also help me as I needed. (Thank you Ming!?)

Beautiful modern, tropical decor throughout. Lots of detail to all the senses to keep your shopping experience pleasant.

Only constructive criticism I will share is that the mirrors for the fitting rooms were outside/shared as opposed to inside your changing room/stall.

customer service here is terrible. they give you this stare that is so creepy making you look like a weirdo. they look at me like i'm cheap with no money to pay for the clothes. staff there wasn't nice at all.

The store's customer service is 100% complete opposite experience I get in Vancouver. No one greeted me as I came into the store. I was looking thru merchandise and was hoping I could find some sold out items in Vancouver at this store in Hawaii. There were sales associates on their phones and chatting with each other.

I was looking for a specific product and size, no one helped me.

I asked a sales who was folding clothes at a display table if they had a specific item. She said no and then turned around and continued to fold clothes. Didn't offer any alternative options, didn't ask if I needed help with anything else. Just "no" and continued folding clothes.

As a frequent customer, this is by far the worst experience at this store and complete opposite of what you would get in Vancouver (where the brand is founded).

Music so loud. Can't even communicate with my our any workers in the store. Didn't know it turned into a Hip Hop club. Workers not helping and would rather dance around.

Felt like we were looked at differently because we werent tourists. We were being watched and talked about as if we were shop lifting. The girl straight up asked my wife if she had her size, instead of asking if we needed help, making her feel uncomfortable.
