While we could effortlessly sell these items online, we were encouraged to consider our neighborhood Round the Rosy store as we are committed to backing local businesses in Westport, especially those run by woman owners.

After waiting three months to drop off dozens of items, it's astonishing that no one at the establishment noticed the missing consignment agreement. Moreover, it's baffling that we were not asked about this agreement upon dropping off the items. When we attempted to discuss the sale prices of the items via email, the owner declined to engage. Instead of being helpful, we were criticized for not having the agreement in place and were told to collect all the items we had dropped off earlier.

After a decade of business, I’m shocked this is a standard practice to shift responsibility onto the customer.

Instead of finding a nice business, we were met with mob boss like behavior that is not the mark of an honest business. It's intriguing that they seem to be so popular that they can treat new customers so poorly. The owner displays a striking sense of entitlement.

Having collaborated with numerous consignment stores in the past, and having run one in Greenwich, this is easily our worst experience we’ve seen, without question.

I have been a loyal customer here for 7 yrs, the staff are the best! My daughter Lucy loves to visit and we always find awesome deals on all season clothing. Always worth the trip!

Untrustworthy. 1) They said they could pay out early and then when I went to collect the dividend suggested I’d be happier consigning elsewhere. 2) They “lose items”, for ex. when they couldn’t locate a Vinyard Vines Shep Shirt I had consigned in the store, they told me they’d look for it and call me because they were closing. They never got back to me. A month later, after a number of inquiries on my part, the owner accused me of lying saying it was a pair of pants. I held them accountable and only then did she give me a modest credit AND told me I can no longer consign there. 3) The owner and her staff are rude.

THIS LITTLE STORE IS SO ADORABLE! THE CLOSER IN TIP-TOP CONDITION... SO MANY THINGS TO CHOOSE FROM EVERYTHING IS IN GREAT CONDITION AND THE OWNERS ARE EXTREMELY SWEET AND HELPFUL!!!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE AND HAVE GOTTEN LOTS OF CUTE OUTFITS FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN HERE. IT IS TOTALLY A MUST-SEE
