They do not communicate with you at all. This was a secondary account and apparently my balance went to zero but was never informed by letter or email. My account was closed out without any notification.
Received emails for feedback and usual spam but never anything about the status of my account. Only reason I found out was when I attempted to access my online account.
Don’t bother opening an account with them.

I literally just left this location I went in and there was 5 tellers literally standing around helping 1 lady. It took them way to long to acknowledge me. Then when the girl did I told her what i needed and she said I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes because she was the only teller on the line , mind you again there was 5 people helping 1 custimer and there was no one behind me. unfortunately I believe because of the color of my skin and the amount of kids I had I was treated differently.I worked as a teller years ago for 2 diffrent banks and had I done this I would have gotten written up or fired especially if it was a mystery shopper seeing how we were doing as a bank. I love arrowhead but this location needs to do better. I'm heading to the riverside location which is out of my way but I rather travel the distance to be treated kindly.

Decided to give the shaft to big banks and the fat cats of Wallstreet, after being with wells fargo for 12 years I closed down the account and joined arrowhead credit union about a year ago and it's a great bank
