Our first visit here. Very beautiful decor and helpful staff. So many options to choose from for prom. Dresses are so beautiful! I was very impressed and pleased. There's employees available that will help you try on the dresses as well. I think that's a great idea.

Absolutely the best customer service! First off let me say we have never visited the actual store. We are several states away and did everything online and through email. My daughter ordered a prom dress in the color she wanted. When the dress showed up it wasn’t what we expected or she wanted. We contacted the store through email with screenshots from their website showing what we thought we were ordering, what was wanted and what was received not hopeful because we knew all sales were final. They responded quickly explaining they understood where the confusion could come in based on their website and offered to order the color my daughter thought she was getting once we returned the incorrect dress even including a shipping label for the return. The new dress was shipped and received just 4 days after they received the return and it is absolutely stunning and my daughter is ecstatic. We can’t review the actual store but the customer service is top notch and we would definitely order from here again!

I love this place. Friendly staff. Very clean. Lots and lots of dresses. If you can't find a dress here something is wrong with you. The atmosphere is the best. They have all sizes. And price point.

My experience at Ashley Rene’s was absolutely outstanding. I first encountered this store while I was living in FL when they were attending a trunk show. I now live in NE OH and decided to make the 4 hour drive to shop there for my upcoming pageant. My experience did not disappoint. I was greeted by their kind stylists who already were ready to help me find an amazing dress. I am typically a picky shopper because I want to be sure I love the item I am financially investing in. During my trip I tried on well over a dozen dresses. I was so impressed by the efficiency of my visit, I was able to commit to 2 dresses that in total was under my budget. I have been to a number of large pageant dress retailers and my experience at Ashley Rene’s was by far the best. I was happy with the variety and selections of gowns they had in stock, especially gowns over size 10 as well as their payment plan options. I can see why girls travel from all over the US to Ashley Rene’s and I can’t wait for my next trip there!

Amazing experience!! I took my daughter to Ashley Rene’s for the first time. It was a week night we had to make our appt for 5:00 (last one of the day) closing at 6:00. The girls did a fantastic job helping to choose and narrow down the perfect dress for her junior prom 💕 they never once made us feel like we had to rush along and it was ALL about Mykah and looking beautiful in the perfect dress for her!! So much fun and needless to say amazing dresses in all price ranges!!! We will be back next year for senior prom. Pictures to come at a later date of the actual dress she chose❤️

I was so excited to be able to go to Ashley Rene’s to start looking for my gown for Miss MI USA next year as I have heard so many good things about this place! However, I was disappointed overall with my appointment. My stylist did not introduce herself to me, I don’t even know if she knew my name, which felt odd that I didn’t even know her on a first name basis. She really didn’t ask me questions or try and get to know me, hype me up, etc. which I was disappointed by since I had heard that everyone there is so amazing and makes you feel 100%. I just kind of felt ignored most of the time, even though I was the only one in there. The selection of dresses was pretty good and I did find things that I liked on me which is why I’m giving 3 stars! But overall, my mom and I left feeling disappointed that we made a 2 1/2 hour drive and I left feeling defeated that this experience didn’t live up to what everyone else had been saying it would be.

Came from Illinois to look for a Prom dress for my daughter. The dresses are so unique. You won’t find the same cookie cutter dresses here. They are far better. That being said the prices are not standard either. I did have to have the dress altered via a seamstress. But overall if you wanna be the Belle of the Ball this is the place for you. Highly recommend.

Ashley Rene’s experience is top notch! My daughter had the time of her life being treated like a princess while shopping for her pageant gown. I was able to sit back and watch the show as she modeled the gorgeous selection of gowns that had been chosen for her. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind in choosing appropriate attire for the particular system you are competing in. They truly want their customers to shine on stage and feel glamorous. I 1000% recommend!
