One of the greatest customer experiences I've ever had, no exaggeration. We were expecting our first baby and Meghan spent a ton of time walking us through everything, and what would and would not work for us given our personal needs. We also had extra needs for accessibility, and the whole team (owner included) worked together to make sure we had all our questions answered. We genuinely felt like it wasn't about the sale, they just wanted to be sure that two new parents were going in well-prepared.

When we placed the order, rather than pick it up, we were lazy and were fine just having it delivered to us and we'd figure out the setup. Babesta wouldn't have it! Aslan delivered the stroller to us PERSONALLY, and walked us through all the ins and outs to make sure we understood how to use it, and how to attach and use all the little accessories that came with it.

One of the best sales experiences I've ever had (and at good prices), and I'd recommend shopping here to anyone who asked.

I had an amazing experience at Babesta! I ordered a swaddle online and a day later they reached out to let me know that unfortunately they had just run out and wouldn't be getting any more in until the next week. Since this was a gift needed sooner than that, they offered to give me a set of 2 swaddles that were very similar and honored the original price. When I came to pick them up, they beautifully gift wrapped them for me free of charge! All in all great customer experience and I would definitely be back to shop again.

Best baby store in NYC. My husband and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to check out the store to look at strollers. We were already disappointed in what was available to look at in the major department stores.

The sales rep was extremely helpful and took the time to work with us even knowing we were not planning on buying anything during our visit. I highly recommend coming here to shop for baby items. If I lived in NY I would use them for my registry!

We were delighted with our first experience at Babesta. We purchased a new stroller at the store in Tribeca and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. On top of that, the color we wanted wasn’t in stock and they were kind enough to let us use a loaner until our stroller was delivered! This courtesy was above and beyond anything we ever imagined and we are so grateful.

I normally don't write reviews however this was one of the best experience I've ever had due to the staff. I pre ordered all my stuff with them(coming from out of town), the knowledge and recommendations they had for me to be properly set up with our new UPPAbaby stroller and then to just walk in there with them having done all the work, assembling all and properly packaging everything, took such a great stress of my shoulders, it was truly priceless.
I most definitely have to come back here to show the store to my wife, but also to meet the amazing people that run it.

This is the most amazing store to get your full kit of baby items! Our baby come rather unexpectedly and quickly- the Babesta team went above and beyond in sharing their expertise, sourcing the right items, completing our information gaps, and helping us create the magic and wonder we wanted for our child.

We didn’t have to worry about doing hours of research this team is ahead on all the research - they source clean products of which several are made in Europe or North America.

Everything we purchased has been utilized and they were so aware of Manhattan living and having maximum utility and beauty with all the items we purchased.

Additionally, we have gifted newborn gift baskets to friends and they are always blown away how beautiful and wonderful all the items included. Thank you!
