Like the others, placed and order, was charged the same day. My online account shows that the order has been fulfilled and a shipping label printed but order never sent. Called several times, no answer can't leave a message. Did actually get a person once, she took my info and said she would let the guy who does the shipping know. No response back so far after 2 weeks.

My experience with Raven Zone has been horrible, at best! I purchased two (2) car magnets on February 11, 2017 and have yet to receive my items. I have spoken to the store at least 4-5 times, and each time, I was told that my items would be shipped to me. However, I still have not received my items. Please do not purchase from this vendor! Personally, I do not think that they deserve one star!

What an amazing place to shop if you are a FAN of really anything sports related. The store is amazing in its colorful Orange/Black & Purple/Black supporting Baltimore Team Colors. You cannot go wrong if you are looking for the latest and greatest in Baltimore, Maryland Sports gear. Having the opportunity to meet the owner who showed me the ins and the outs of the store made my experience even better. He had exactly what I was looking for and then some. If you are looking for customization, The Zone Sports is the place to go. I'm so glad I stopped by today!!!! Thanks for the awesome Ravens Glass. See you soon.

I ordered 2 Oriole bird for President t shirts in July 2016 I was charged immediately for the shirts. After 2 weeks had passed we had not heard from them so we went to the store to be told that they had to be special ordered and they would send them to us. Then in September I called again and was told that they could not get the shirts and I would be mailed m refund by check because they could not credit my credit card which the got the money from. Called again in December spoke to the owner and was told a check would be mailed in a week this has been 3 weeks and guess what no refund as of JANUARY 4, 2017. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this business.

Such a great store! I came from Massachusetts as a Ravens fan and got incredible deals on items. My brother, who is not a Ravens fan was able to find a red Sox banner at an incredible discount. Great, and friendly service. Deffinetly recommend coming here, if you are looking for great Baltimore sports items, at great prices.

Very late on my review, but I cannot express enough to never shop here and that is why I am writing one. Near the middle of January I purchased a ‘customized’ shirt for my girl friends birthday that was coming up. I was really excited for it, as my girlfriend is a huge fan of all things Baltimore sports related. Placed the order, and my money was immediately taken out of my bank account, and an email confirming my purchase. A week went by and I heard nothing about my order. Called several times, left several emails and a couple messages on FB and finally got a message from Ken Breeden (the owner) saying it would be out for delivery in a couple of days. Well another two weeks went by and again, nothing. Went thru multiple hoops and again was finally promised by Ken that he would send it out the next day. Got an email with a ‘pre-shipment’ label so I assumed I was finally going to get my order. (Even though it is now near the end of February)

Another week had gone by and still, nothing in the mail, and no update. It was then March when I finally heard from Ken again when I called his store. He threatened me and told me that were I lived, "wasn’t too far away" and I would regret “filing a complaint and writing a bad review”. Continued to cuss at me and essentially blame me for not calling my bank, or having a family member in the area pick up my refund. Another two weeks went by and I finally was able to get him to Venmo me my refund on April 24 (three months after the purchase was made. At no point in time did I ever receive an apology or a real explanation about why I never got my shirt, just a lot of excuses about “forgetting, not having enough help, the fabric not being in stock” etc. Please, please, please do not make the same mistake I did, and find another business. I read other reviews with similar problems and was hopeful I wouldn’t have the same experience, and it was a huge mistake

*As you can tell by his response, he clearly lacks the ability to be professional or even halfway decent. I think I can fully rest my case;)
