I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience at the Volvo repair shop. As the owner of a trucking fleet, I've visited this location multiple times, and one employee's behavior has been unacceptable. This individual is not only rude but also exhibits blatant racism.

Just a month ago, he told me it would take 15 minutes to remove my truck from the parking lot for a battery change. Instead, he took over 4 hours—clearly intentional. When I inquired about the delay, he dismissively said he would get to it when he felt like it. His attitude towards my driver was equally appalling.

This level of disrespect is not what I expect from a Volvo employee. I urge the Volvo team to address this issue seriously. Customer service is crucial, and this employee does not represent the standards I know Volvo upholds. I hope action is taken to prevent this from happening to others in the future.

Great experience
They are very quick, no trailer place to drop over there. You have to bring your bobtail, and they're fixed very quick. Jordan is the very nice guy. He helped me a lot and he's really good guy Jordan is the very nice guy. He helped me a lot to get my truck fux on very next day.

This place was great I didn’t know you could buy batteries As late as 11:30 pm
Walked in and out two batteries for about $142 , after core charge of $25 each can’t beat it!!

The worst place I’ve ever been, when you come here don’t tell them that you broke down in the middle of the highway cause they will put you on a business, I broke down on the highway I found the problem but I needed a $78 dollar part I came to this place for the part they said they don’t have it we have to order it will take 3 days to be here and the other Volvo in Baltimore don’t have it, they ordered it and they had me to tow the truck by the way they’re in business with towing company as well, I was in the driver lounge waiting for an Uber to go to hotel I gotta phone call from someone in part that told me that they have the part come to the front and take it, really? And they have charged me 4 hours $915 dollar just to install a $78 dollar part they made me to spend $2,600 in total , so don’t believe them when they say no one has the part call the other Volvo places and make sure by yourself, I guess the other 5 star reviews are fake reviews cause I don’t think this place can make you satisfied with what they’re doing
