Holy cow! This place is incredible. I drove 90 minutes to come to this range because I heard it was worth it for long range shooting and that is absolutely correct. I plan on coming back here 1-2 times per month for the foreseeable future. The current price is $20 to shoot all day and that is just incredible. It was not busy while I was there and they make it easy to be safe even with all the shooting bays. I’ve already made plans to return and I plan on bringing friends. The gun store inside seems to be competitively priced (at least at a glance at the spotting scope they had for sale). This is the place to go to sight in any type of rifle for sure.

I ordered a breech plug for my black powder from B&B and the package was opened when I received it. I went to the post office as soon as I got the mail and told them about it and it was the typical response. We did damage the package. Well I got the pictures from another post office and sure enough it was ripped open before it go to my area post office.
They said I can't make a claim because I didn't have the original receipt. Well no sh!t I didn't send it to myself so I wouldn't have it. So I can't make a claim.
I called Bass and Bucks and explained what had happened. They were very understanding and they are sending me a new one with no questions asked. That a great company that stands behind their customers even when it's not their fault.
I'll be doing a lot more business with them in the near future. Thank You Bass and Bucks a job well done!!!

Incredible inventory of firearms and archery products. Staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I live in Virginia and prefer to do all my archery tackle business at Bass and Bucks and happily make the drive to do it. Just ordered a bow over the phone and couldn’t be happier with the service from April in the archery shop. Can’t wait to get back to Indiana to pick it up.

I went in before Christmas to buy my son a bow. As soon as I walked in, the staff addressed me and let me know they’d be with me as soon as they could. Within a minute or two I was talking to a bow specialist and I told him my price range. They put my son in a Bear Legit that can grow with him, very nice bow. Price point was even better than my budget, and at no point did I feel like I was being “sold” on things we didn’t need. After Christmas I took my son in to get it set up and the whole team was very helpful and knowledgeable! We got him dialed in and they even helped me get my bow set up. Very impressed with their customer service and friendly atmosphere. Both times I went, they were extremely busy with multiple customers, but at no time did I feel like a bother to them when we needed to make an adjustment to one of our bows during our range session. They even had a guy in there that didn’t work there, and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! I highly recommend these guys for all your bow and gun needs!

It's a beautiful and very impressive store, but I don't have anything good to say about the customer service. My husband and I are from Michigan so it wasn't a short jaunt to get here. We went into both the archery and gun sides, and after half an hour, not one employee had welcomed us or asked if they could help us. They were slightly busy, but not all employees were with customers. There was no reason for us, as potential customers, to not be greeted or acknowledged.

Excellent customer service and experience. Went a couple times to check out bows and ask questions before purchasing and they were very helpful. 2nd bow purchase but have been their multiple times over the years for setup and service.
