Haul season ...the camp creek location the ladies were so nice...they realize how to speak customer service they understand this is work and they are professional. Luminous smells absolutely sexy....it reminds me of FLOWER BOMB PERFUME. I loaded up on it.. the candles I stocked up on when they were $9.97 I purchased a variety, of course I got the luminous.

I really want to leave a 1 for Jazmine's lack of customer service and rudeness tonight. I was next in line with my 2 year old and both times I spoke to her she not only rolled her eyes but ignored me and proceeded to assist the person who came after me. There was another rep who was super friendly and helpful who jumped in who deserves 5 stars which is why I am leaving a combined 3 star from the experience.

Hands down the cleanest store I’ve ever been in. PERFECT customer service from young people!!!! I F’s with it!!!! I had a bad anxiety attack in the store and y’all made me feel calm and not embarrassed. I appreciate that!!!! I bought the new Fairytale line for women and a new one for men, forgot the name. All quality products. I will be back for candles!

What a horrible pick up experience. If you order something online and the website gives you instructions to pick up your order in the store, you get to the store, it’s not ready. The child doing online orders has a nasty attitude. Chile. Then to get ahead of the line you have to get the manager to cancel your order on her end. You then have to pay again and wait for your money to get released. Talking about an inconvenience…. Ugh. Last time coming to this location.

Must be very unorganized I place a order it takes the entire working day then they tell you its unavailable which is understandable when you let the product sit until the next day instead of picking the order when it comes to the computer as it should be done I order online to avoid as much human interaction as possible and they still cant get it right im about to cancel my order and order in a nicer neighborhood

Staff are very friendly at this location, store is clean and looks new inside. Behind cash wrap could be a bit cleaner/tidier but now I'm nitpicking. What's most important is customer service and they're great here!

To place and order online for pick up wait three days for only one item to be available is horrible. And the customer service is awful along with the delay in communication.
