I found Bathhouse Soapery on vacation last Fall and fell in love with the beauty of the shop, helpful sales associates, and the luxurious items. If you get a chance to go in person, do it!

I recently placed an order, and there was a small problem. I reached out to them, and the customer service provided by Jill was phenomenal. The quick response time and how perfectly the situation was handled went above and beyond how most businesses are run nowadays. I highly recommend this shop and their soaps, body butters, and bath bombs!

My Wife and I discovered this fantastic little soap shop during our visit to Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. The shop is located on the main drag in Hot Springs, right across from Bath Row.
Jenna provided us with very knowledgeable information and advice about their products. My Wife purchased foaming body scrub, lip scrub, almond milk face scrub, honey almond bar soap, and whipped cream body soap. I purchased a puck of shave soap in the honey tonk man fragrance formula, per Jenna’s recommendation, and a plastic puck soap dish. We will be reordering via their website. I highly recommend their shop.

I have been ordering from them for a long time. The soaps are very high quality and I recently had a problem with my order (not their fault, USPS left my package out in the rain) and they resolved it immediately. Absolutely Love this gem! You can shop online or on their website, but it’s not the same …I love going into shop and get the entire experience and smell all the new scents! My absolute favorite is Goddess, Hot Mess, Poppy just to name a few!

A nice aesthetic shop with great collection of soaps, bath bombs etc. The staff was really polite and friendly. They helped me choose my stuff throughout and made my shopping experience even more personalized. I have been using the soaps I bought since then and they are really great quality products.

I will never go back here. I was here Christmas shopping for my girlfriend. As we were smelling the deodorant scents, an employee approached us randomly said “You can’t try the deodorant on!” aggressively. We were dumbfounded, as we had not tried anything on and didn’t plan to either. We looked at her and said “we were smelling them, not trying them on.” When we said this she looked at us confused and said “I heard yall”. Then proceeded to try to sell us something else immediately following this ridiculous exchange. We disregarded her sales pitch and walked out of the store. Such a shame because we like the store and products, but refuse to give business to those who publicly embarrass while we have done nothing wrong or out of the norm. This happened 11/27 around 2:30.

This is one of the most unique gift shops I have visited. I have been in here more than a few times and the employees have always been so nice and helpful. The manager especially. She favors my favorite cousin so much and I think we got along well right from the start. They create fabulous products in a factory here in town! The soaps and perfumes are made from natural ingredients. These are great for using at home or given as gifts. There's always plenty to sample too while you visit and things change up frequently.

We visiting Hot Springs while it was cold and rainy so we picked up a few of their bath bombs to use when we got back to our Airbnb. We've been able to use 2 and they smell amazing and definitely made the bath a fun experience. Definitely recommend stopping in here if you're in Hot Springs and I plan to buy some more products off of their website when I'm in need of bath salts and bath bombs in the future. Their soaps were also beautiful!!
