These guys really went above and beyond to help with on an issue with my bike. They were right on top of advocating with the manufacturer in my behalf and making sure I was taken care of. Rare to find someone who stands by their products like this, 100% recommend these guys for any outdoor activity equipment. Very much appreciate the help and service even after the purchase!

I lived in Massachusetts and bought a kayak from them to be shipped. I had to pick the kayak up from the shipping company and when I got it home it was totally dinged and cracked (not their fault). So I contacted them and they were very polite and said they would deal with the shipping company on my behalf to see what I could get refunded. After about a month they said I could ship it back but by this time I just wanted to keep the kayak because fishing season was here and I figured it was all cosmetic damage and would still work. They agreed to let me keep it and send me a partial refund. They asked for my address to send the check. This was in October and since I have emailed 4 times without a reply and have not received my refund.

I love Battlefield Outdoors. I live in Atlanta but save work needed on my bikes for when I am visiting family nearby. Stephanie is a saint and scholar. She has helped me with multiple bikes and is very knowledgable. I highly recommend Battlefield Outdoors for any of your bike needs.

They have an great selection of disc golf discs, kayaks, and bikes (also e-bikes) Check them out if you have never been inside. You will not regret it.

Recently bought a aventon Aventure 2 ebike.The Customer service is some of best i have ever seen.They worked with me the whole way going in to great want details of each bike I was looking at.
They're very knowledgeable and willing to help the customer.

I have an Aventon aventure ebike that just went out of warranty and I was getting an E22 error. Oddly enough, Aventon did not have the throttle listed under parts, but Battlefield did. Got it in two days and appears to have resolved the issue. Glad I found them, and I will add them to my favorites.
