I want to share my updated thoughts on my recent experience with this company, and I'm delighted to report a positive resolution. Initially, I had concerns about an online order I placed in April, where only one out of three items arrived by June. However, I'm pleased to note that after visiting the store in person and discussing my experience, I received a prompt response and a sincere apology. The staff handled the situation professionally and swiftly, which reassured me of their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Looking ahead, I believe there's an opportunity for the company to enhance communication methods beyond email, especially during issue resolution processes. Nevertheless, I'm impressed with their proactive approach in rectifying my concerns. They promptly refunded me for the missing items and addressed the issue with care and understanding.

We stopped by to kill time today. The woman working in the store was incredible. She was fun with my kids and answered our questions. The clothes we bought (sweaters for the twins) are super cute but it’s the joyful experience that we will remember! Thanks for making our day- serendipitous joy in this one!

The Be A Good Person Store is clean, appealing, and spacious. The location is perfect but be cautious of finding parking around the area. The employees are some of the most friendly people you’ll talk to. This brand is definitely in my top five favorites. The clothing is worth it’s value for sure.

I’m from Wisconsin, I grew up with parents from CO, I took a visit to CO this summer and when in Denver we stopped at this little store kinda hidden, I honestly could’ve spent a million dollars in here. I genuinely want to buy more things, when I was here I bought a yellow shirt that I wear as often as I can, what a thoughtful idea honestly, spreading positivity and to add in how sweet the lady and the man working here are, I went in with my great aunt, she’s not much of a my style type lady, and wow did this woman in the store help. She showed my aunt some things even she would like, they have stuff for everybody. so amazing.
