This is my local community beauty supply store. The store recently went through some revonations and new management. The staff is always so helpful and sweet. Madison and Je'corria was so helpful today. They put a big smile on my face. Thank you both for a fun shopping experience ☺️

I will never patronize this business again after my experience today. I’m stuck with a bundle of hair I can’t even use due to the worker giving me the wrong color that I didn’t ask for and was getting for someone else. I explained this issue to the owner who said the hair I purchased doesn’t come in jet black ( which the worker didn’t obviously know) and was unwilling to correct the problem because the receipt says no refund no exchange policy.

I will never go to these place again. I went twice. The first time there was nobody there to help. The cashier was alone. She said the other person was on the way. Just as I was leaving out he was coming in. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a couple of weeks later sure enough she was alone again.

I will NEVER frequent this beauty supply store again! After making a purchase I was accused of stealing and threatened to have the police called on me because I refused to empty my purse. I work entirely too hard to spend my money somewhere that does not respect my dollar. All black people don’t steal you jerks.
