i love this hair store it is my favorite hair store and the people to assist you are so nice and kind ?.

The 2 young ladies working had no respect for the customers with all the cursing they were doing. It was so disgusting and disrespectful the way they spoke in front of you and didn't even acknowledge you coming in the store or leaving. Just being honest.

I’m a white girl with very curly, dry hair that gets fuzzy very easy. It’s perpetually tangled. I live in an area where there isn’t much offered for hair unless it’s the traditional white girl hair. Mine is definitely not that. My daughter and I were so excited to stumble onto this place. The people were so nice and helpful. The products I got made our hair looks so much better. I have not been able to find the same products anywhere. You girls with natural hair should take people like us under your wing and teach us how to care for our hair. I actually had a lady talk to me and in our conversation she started telling me how to try to care for our hair, because of the help I received in this store my daughters and I now love our hair. We get compliments on what pretty hair we have now. ❤️

I absolutely love this store. They have everything I need and the employees are very helpful. Definitely a place to go if you ever need help with your hair in Hinesville. Some of the workers will help you if a local hair stylist messes up your hair. They are definitely cheap on products to.

I recently purchased hair from here, and have always had excellent customer service from the young ladies that work here. I went back in to buy an additional bundle of hair(20in) and a closure, which I was told was a 16in, by a gentleman who works there. After getting my hair installed I noticed that the length was drastically different and realized it was a 12in. When I called to see if there was anything he could do, because I WOULD NEVER have purchased a 12in curly closure with a 20 in bundle I was told no, and basically have a good day with your 12in closure lol. I didn’t want the money back a simple store credit of even half would’ve sufficed because at the end of the day I didn’t check what he gave me and trusted what he said. So moral of the story, check your hair ladies!

Store says that they open at 9am. The store isn't open and no one is here.

I'm not sure if the manager is desperate to just hire anyone off the street to work at that store, but the women up front need to work on their customer service skills.

I absolutely love this store. I am always able to find what I'm looking for. I'm so thankful that that offer military discount. The people who work there are always respectful and eager to help, even when they are busy. I've seen some of the young ladies really take their time with some of the other patrons and I think that is so important to focus on the customers. I continue to come back because I know I'll be treated well.
