I needed my engagement ring resized so I took it in Saturday to drop it off and was told it could be 2-4 weeks before it’s done but that they try to get it in as soon as possible. I was so excited when I got it back 4 days after dropping it off!!! 10/10

Lori was very easy to work with. Explained what style of wedding band I was interested in, she showed me what was in the store, the band I chose was not in stock and had to be ordered. Unfortunately it would not arrive until the end of January, it was a happy surprise when it arrived on Christmas eve.

This was a replacement for the wedding band my wife lost on the flight back from Danmark. The flight attendant took the seat and lavatory apart searching for it, with no results.

As always Beckers Jewelers sets the standard of what a jeweler should be! Madi had my wife’s wish list and we went through my options. It could not have been easier. Best holiday shopping ever! And of course, I knew I could count on Beckers for the quality of the item I purchased. My wife was absolutely thrilled and I was a hero Christmas morning.
