Yesterday, I stopped by Beck's Shoes to find an alternative to my heavy, uncomfortable steel toe work boots, that are required for my work. Fred, with over 30 years experience, set me up with light weight athletic type work shoes that satisfy my employers requirements. They are fantastic!

Yesterday I went to Becks Shoes in Santa Rosa, Ca. I was on a mission to find some shoes for summer.

I have difficult feet to buy shoes for as they are very wide. I have NEVER been able to walk right in to a women’s shoe. I have been buying men’s tennis shoes,
Andrea W. Was helping me. She brought out several shoes for me to try. She was great! I tried several and they worked for me. I ended up buying 3 pair (2 were on sale- another added bonus).

I couldn’t believe that I had 3 pairs of shoes to take on our trip. Andrea was a sweetheart! She was sooo helpful, and was excited for me to have some new cute shoes. I am so happy to know that I now have a shoe store to go to where I know I can find a width to fit my feet.

I like shopping online, but not when it comes to my PPE and especially if it's my boots. I want to feel safe and protected with the best quality. I need to try them on and not take the internet's word for it. I came into Beck's shoes not knowing what I was going to get and now after my purchase I am very pleased. They had a great selection of NFPA 1977 wildland firefighter boots and made sure I got what I needed. If you're s firefighter I would highly reccomend taking a look in this store.

I came in today to purchase a pair of flip flops and Fred was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sandals! Last month I came in to purchase some insoles for my running shoes and he picked out the perfect pair!

Went here after years of working a pair of boots I bought from them when they were Santa Rosa Shoes. Came back looking for the same quality and service, sadly did not get it. I was pressured to try and buy insoles that I didn't want or need. Then when I actually took the boots home for work and tried them one day they didn't fit well and hurt my feet, plus they were a bit overpriced. Sadly the quality of service went down from the name change which makes me quite sad.

Had the best experience there! Jerry was awesome in assisting my elderly dad with some much needed new shoes. It's not a discount store, but in exchange they offer personalized and professional service. I even bought some new shoe inserts for myself, since they carry my favorite brand which is Aetrex. Highest rating for service and friendliness!

Nothing like shopping in a family owned store where extra attention with a smile is always welcome! I had a specific pair of shoes inind, and it took awhile to get the sizing correct as I am a half size, so it can be challenging. However, I was treated with kindness and patience, and we finally found the perfect fit! It was a delightful experience and we will definitely return!

I went to Becks to get a pair of Women’s HOKA Bondi8 shoes. I wanted to be fitted so I would buy the right size and width. Both my daughter and sister in law wear Hoka Bondi8’s so I was an easy sell. Gerry helped me and he was very informative. I also bought a pair of cushioned inserts and some great socks because I have been having foot problems. So far the shoes and inserts feel wonderful. I could not be happier with my purchase and will recommend Beck’s to all my friends. Thank you Gerry!
