Maci is amazing. She not only knows the products but she listens and matchs products to your needs. After a horrible experience with another store I am so thankful that she not only greeted me as I came into the store but that I had a conversation with her. Made my initial purchase only to go back a day later and purchase a product that she gave me as a sample and picked up some products to give my daughter. On that second visit I let her know I would be her faithful client from here on out. She sent a link so that I could sign up and get information about specials on my products. Can't say enough about this amazing young woman. Good customer service is very much alive in her.

Love Belk! They have the nicest employees, and unlike Kohl's where they care more about their Green-Energy-Star Program than the comfort of their shoppers, Belk actually keeps the store very comfortable (cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter). And Belk has quite a few brands that are found at Dillard's, but Belk has great sales that Dillard's lacks.

Nick was amazing!! We came in last min expecting it to be a hassle bc of my sons size and he made the visit a breeze, found his size right away, altered the pants immediately and we were out the door within 20 min! Highly suggest!!

Lots of clearance on clothes! Seems to have a lot of selections on most things in Belks. Nice store too, really clean and tidy and the associates are friendly and knowledgeable about store items.

Never ever have anyone in the houseware dept , shoes , children’s , woman’s lingerie ,handbag , jewelry.,mens cologne plus size , ladies or shoe dept .I hate shopping there for these reason. It’s like shopping at a dollar general .
Their prices are way to high I bought an air fryer same brand at Belk that I bought at dollar general for 5.00 on discount and Belks was around $45.00 even with sales they’re too high and the coupons are worthless so many exclusion, nothing on sale no name brands certain brands only ,no clearance items etc . Go see for yourselves then post your review.
