We were visiting from NY & our good friend who lives in Auburn brought us to the boutique. Just loved the modish clothing, sophistique fashion , trends & threads! Me and my mom came in only a few minutes before closing. She helped me find a dress for a very important event and just overall was such a sweet person. I definitely recommend coming in and checking out all the cute clothes!

The sales people are very friendly and helpful. The down side is that there's so much inventory, it's hard to see everything without spending a lot of time looking. Cute clothes, albeit pretty pricey.

Read the return policy before you order !!! I’ve never heard of a store not refunding PERIOD and ONLY offering store credit for items ordered online. Also if your items were purchased during any sale they won’t even take them back for store credit.
I have 4 shirts from my order that fit and are made HORRIBLY costing anywhere from $26-$42 piece ($121.80) and I can’t even return them. I’m livid.

I had a themed birthday party to go to and was panicking after finding nothing acceptable to wear in my wardrobe. I walked into Betsey's and told the gals what I was looking for, on a time restriction. They put me in a dressing room and brought me outfits they thought would go well for the event and found an outfit I loved in no time. These gals are wonderful and saved my evening! I will DEFINITELY be returning!
