Took my truck in for an alignment today. Just got my truck out of another shop (doesn’t offer alignments) and they checked everything over including my ball joints. Got told here there was too much play in the joints and that it would be $1400+ so I took it back to my shop and they were perfectly fine. My husband also checked them as well. Perfectly fine. Don’t go here unless you want to be charged more for something that doesn’t need to be done.

Wow!!! All I can say is WOW! We have not purchased from Big Country tire before…ever. But if I ever need tires, I will be back!!!! We had a lawn mower tire that needed a stem replaced. 11:30 am on a weekend and they fixed it without charging us a dime. I don’t know why, but it was sure appreciated!!!

Love this place!! We had a blow out on our fifth wheel tire. I called ahead to let them know we were coming. They had the tire ready for us and we pulled right in, five guys worked on it and had the job done in 10 minutes. $140 for a new tire and all the other work they did. They were so friendly and efficient 🙂

I bought wheels and tires from big country a little over a year ago. 30,000 miles into this set of tires I had a low pressure of 35psi on my truck tire. I added air and took it in the next day, tire had leaked down to about 40 psi by the next day. I’ve had the tires serviced by big country since i bought and mounted them also with big country. They told me that my tire was ruined and that I would need a new one. I asked why and was shown that the tire was worn down to wire on the inside. The tech that was working on my tires, mistakenly I might add, told me that my old TPMS sensor ( that was replaced at mounting of new set of tires by big country) was left in the tire for the last 30,000 miles. It ruined my tire and they wouldn’t own it. Was charged 245 dollars for a warrantied out tire that was ruined because of their mistake.

I needed to get a flat repaired. I have never been to Big Country tire, but I decided to give them a try. I was in, and out in a little over half an hour. It was pretty quick. Everything was clean, and organized. I will certainly come back for my future tire needs.

They broke one of my center caps and put it on so I couldn't tell it was broken. fell off as soon as I went down the road otherwise they did what I asked ,still not happy having to find a missing screw to put it back on.
