I’d like to say thanks to Big Frank’s. They are great people. Big Frank himself, Dee, and Mike at the Locust Grove location have all bent over backwards to help me out with my Hog Island. I’ve bought parts from them in the past and just had some repair work done to my lower unit. They were very responsive, had great communication and even tweaked some little stuff they found on my boat that I didn’t ask them to do. They are all extremely knowledgeable and all are willing to answer questions. Too notch!!

Really impressed with my visit a few days ago. I had been looking to make a specific purchase and had things narrowed down between two models I thought would be the best fit. When I mentioned the type of fishing I was going to be doing these guys jumped in and showed me something that I never even considered. Such a great experience, and they spent over 2 hours working with me answering questions and looking at options. I left feeling great and went home to think things over and do a little more homework. The next day I called them up and made the purchase over the phone. Not only that, these guys delivered my new toy that evening to my home a little over an hour away. Great experience and nice to know good customer service still exists.

Kim and Frank at BFO were such a pleasure to work with while having our VTW XTR built. We met Kim while at southeast overland expo in March and were hooked. Kim allowed us to go through the display teardrop and answered all of our questions. We are beyond happy with build results!! Would absolutely recommend Big Frank's for any of your outdoor adventure needs.
