Leah and her company were so great and very accommodating on our last minute reservations. We originally rented carseats from the car rental company.. those were completely unsafe. They tipped over no matter how tight we got them. Leah saved our trip! We called and within 10 min of speaking with her we were able to pick up not one but two car seats. They were punctual and communication was great! Our flight was also canceled and we ended up having to reschedule. A simple txt message to Leah and our carseat pick up time was adjusted. When we dropped off our rental car, Ryan was prompt on picking up the carseats and we were on our way to catch our flight. We will definitely be renting from her again the next time we visit the island.

Leah was a fabulous communicator. We had never rented baby gear when on holidays before, so we had lots of questions. Leah was very friendly and reliable, and she responded to questions quickly. She made us feel comfortable with renting the crib and the pack and play. The items were in good condition and very clean. I would highly recommend renting equipment through Leah!

Great communication!

Easy to work with, good communication. We rented several items, and had 1 issue with a swing not moving correctly. Leah and Ryan were very quick to respond and replace it with a new one. Ryan gave us some helpful tips about kid-friendly spots in the area.
This is such a great resource for parents- it made vacation much more relaxing to have a few different options for safe places to set baby down in our rental unit.

Super friendly staff. Leah went out of her way to proactively reach out to us before our trip and get us fully set up in advance of our arrival to the property. The person who delivered and picked up our baby stuff was also incredibly friendly and did everything on schedule. The quality of stuff they provided (we used the crib and the stroller) was top notch and our baby boy loved it like home.

This was my first experience renting equipment while on vacation and it couldn't have gone better. I was amazed by the vast selection of items available to rent. Prices were reasonable. I rented a beach wagon and video monitor. The beach wagon was in great condition and came in super handy. We actually ended up not using the video monitor. Pickup and drop-off instructions were very clear and the location easy to find/access. Communication from/with Leah was very easy and thorough. I would definitely rent equipment from Leah again and highly recommend her to anyone else looking for this service.

Such and easy process to rent a crib and baby carrier. Saves the hassle of flying our own stuff over and the quality of Leah’s things were excellent. Very happy with our rental and would highly recommend. Easy drop off and pick up process too.
