Very nice establishment! Clean, plenty of beach attire and accessories. Great quality too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Bags, jewelry, swimwear, beach ware, and more. Women’s and men’s clothing, no kids. Located in the Whalers Village shopping center.

Local girl running the store was late, left and said she was opening the store late because she was late. Terrible customer service. I was going to buy a new swim suite for sure but the Maui Whalers Village store lost that sale because of her. Sales would significantly increase if they got rid of her. I know it is challenging to find good people now but anyone would be an improvement over her.

Would have loved to purchase something from your store, but unfortunately your staff can't show up on time for work, even though this store opens an hour after most other stores. We waited 30 minutes for the store to open just for the employee to show up announce to a neighboring merchant that she was late again and then remove the hours sign and lock the door. Her hair soaking wet and clearly not understanding her responsibility as the opening employee. She then proceeds to turn away 8 other people and leaves to go to ABC to grab her daily provisions. When asked why she wasn't opening she stated in her heavy accent that she was late and needed to do something and would open in 30mins. If you plan on selling anything at this store I would suggest you hire someone who can tell time. Let's just say we didn't stick around to see if she returned considering she clearly has an issue meeting her commitments. Signed, disappointed would be customer

Loved the elastic waistband boardshorts but the color faded in two days. Likely from saltwater but these are sold right on the Maui beach so I would think they’d warn about it or something. Tried to return for a clean pair to then I suppose not swim in..? But the manager was looking for every reason to not do a swap. In the end he said it was because I did not have the hard receipt that he could not do a swap. A credit card stating it was bought right here two days prior wasn’t enough. He was looking for any reason to tell me to scram and he found it. Don’t buy these shorts or at the very least go to a diff one. This is the first review I’ve ever written but feel it needed to be said to help someone else not waste 60 bucks.
