They have the most amazing ladies that work there! The shop is such a place, and it so totally goes along for the cute little town they are in! I have not really shopped anywhere else since Birch and Bell has came to Auburn. And those ladies are so knowledgeable. Laney knows my style and they are willing to help you style any type of clothing!!! Love this shop so much!

I've only shopped online, but Birch and Bell is my favorite boutique. Their clothes are so cute and were some of my first pieces that helped me feel like "me" again postpartum. ❤ A jean jacket I got from them is my favorite clothing item I own! Leggings, sweaters, and a coat have been some of my other favorite Birch and Bell purchases. They are always so friendly! I love to shop small and support this local business!

I love this boutique & so do my kiddos (play kitchen to keep little shoppers happy while mom is looking around). Amazing customer service in store & online with sweet details like a hand written thank you note.

Love this shop!! The clothes are stylish and comfy - sizes for all! The staff is warm, welcoming and so helpful! I love going to Auburn to shop the store - such a relaxed shopping experience and I appreciate being able to try on the clothes. If you can’t make it to Auburn, the website is so helpful and gives plenty of camera angles so you can see what each piece offers and how to style. The Thursday FB lives are SO FUN - you get to see the new items, participate in contests/giveaways, and get to know the staff through lively banter...it’s better than binging Netflix, check it out! I highly recommend Birch and Bell - you will thoroughly enjoy your shopping experience!

My absolute favorite boutique in Northeast Indiana. The cutest little shop in downtown Auburn, with even cuter clothes. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find the perfect piece to add to your wardrobe! Cannot say enough about Birch and Bell Boutique!!

If you haven’t shopped here yet you need to ASAP! Everything I have gotten here has become a favorite! The styles are so cute and flattering and the prices are very reasonable. I found this cute lil boutique just a little over a year ago! I wasn’t into much of it until the last few months and OH MY GOODNESS. These girls and their purpose for this business blows me away. Not only are their clothes adorable, but they’re hearts, minds, encouragement and kind purpose is what makes this business so successful. Steph is so sweet along with the rest of her gang. They’re so welcoming. I was so awkward to start and I was really stand off-ish. They helped me break out and eventually I found some of my style/confidence through B&B. They’re trendy, new stuff every.single.week AND their target audience is HUGE. Shop small, shop local. This local boutique is where it’s at!!!
