My husband and I just purchased our third new X-Mark from Cary Newbold!! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Cary Newbold is a great asset to Birkey's Farm Store, with his knowledge & customer service is why we continue going back to Cary!!

I just purchased an Exmark mower at Birkey's and worked with Matt. It was a smooth experience and customer service is not dead.

I bought a mower through Cub Cadet to pick up at Birkey's, and three days later they sent an email canceling my order. When I called to see what had happened they admitting they sold my mower to someone else, and tried to upsell me on another mower with no discount or wait three months to get the model I wanted. Now I'm stuck waiting on my refund to process with no mower.
