FULL 5 stars! I bought a mountain bike from another dealer (mistake) who didn’t properly assemble or tune it correctly. I brought the bike to Kendall at Bison bikes. Kendall corrected the issues and tuned it up properly. The bike feels better than new now. Kendall also helped me fit the bike better by suggesting and installing new handlebars. And even though I didn’t purchase the bike from Kendall, he spent time fitting me to the bike, and showing me how to adjust the shocks, etc. Bison bikes delivers a top notch personalized service that’s hard to find these days. Highly recommended!

I was in the market for an Aventon ebike and wanted to test ride both the Commuter 2 and Aventure 2. Upon checking out his website, it looked like he had both in stock. His website is great! He clearly listed out what his current inventory was and also had a lot of pictures and information. I honestly think this is a rarity when you compare it to other ebike shops around here that have just a basic page or two on the website with no real-time stock information. I'm someone who researches and over-analyzes every decision lol, so the more information the better.

When I got there, I was very impressed with his shop. He has a lot of different bikes and styles (ebikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, etc.) and also had a nice stock of accessories including Aventon's. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He let me take my time and test ride multiple bikes. He has a good safe area to test ride at. I never felt pressured, rushed, etc.

After test riding, I knew the Aventon Aventure 2 was what I wanted. He also pointed out that if there are any warranty claims that arise in the future (2 year warranty on everything with Aventon's) that I could bring the bike to him, and he would completely handle it. Diagnose, order relevant parts, and fix it himself completely for free. That gave me piece of mind, while also knowing it was put together by someone who knows what he's doing.

He tweaked a few things I pointed out, got me checked out quickly and gave me some great pointers on how to load it in the back of my truck while personally helping me load it. The big selling points for me that made him stand out above the other local ebike shops were his website, the service (free tuneups etc.), and he's just a genuine likeable guy. I feel 100% confident that he will be there to answer any future questions I have while also being able to handle any service issues I need in the future.

Kendall is quite possibly the nicest guy around! He helped me pick out a bike -that I absolutely LOVE- and made sure I knew all the ins and outs of how to work it since I'm just starting into biking. Very knowledgeable and friendly...and has the best bike deals around!

Came to the area for a family bike trip and needed a repair. The owner/tech not only got it fixed quickly but gave several tips on bike maintenance, local restaurant suggestions and more. Not a huge shop with lots of bike options, but highly recommend if you are looking for a knowledgeable, kind and helpful owner/operator. We'll be back when in the area!

Went into Bison Bikes today to try and get a 31.6mm externally routed dropper for my son’s 24” Transition bike. Not only did Bison Bikes have the dropper post and lever, but they lent me a bike stand and let us install it in front of the shop.

Customer service is top notch. They stock a ton of parts, have a killer selection of local hats, and some awesome bike brands. The shop itself is busting at the seams, and I hope they can acquire the next door retail space to expand their shop one day.

I Highly recommend seeing Kendall for ALL your Bicycle Needs and Repairs no matter what Bike you own or want to purchase or a chat if you have questions !! Super friendly, knowledgeable,speedy service and doesn't try to sell you anything you don't want or need. He build a Bike together for me what wasn't even orderd through him, fixed my tires and I didn't go home broke lol . Check him out!
