This was my first time in Covington, Georgia and I was there participating in an author book signing event. I wanted to be sure to see all the places on the square, and Bitten, by far was my favorite store. The vibe is so energetic and friendly, the employees and owner were beautiful and loving. It may have been do to our little Maltese Sophie being with us, but either way, you need to go to this shop when you're there.
I even bought a shirt and wore it the next day for my book signing. And between the hotel and at the event, I had sooooo many compliments on my outfit, so thank you lovelies and I look forward to seeing you again soon. ❤️?‍♀️

I am so happy I was able to finally buy my Bitten jacket. The lady at the store today was friendly and helpful. She was very hospitable and made us feel welcome. The clothes are so stylish. I can't wait to be Bitten by Damon 🙂

I really don't understand these negative reviews! We were in town for my husband's job and I got the absolute cutest bitten sweater. I love boutique shopping and felt the prices were super fair! The owner was so sweet and I enjoyed chatting with her for a long time. We will definitely be back and I will be highlighting this adorable business on my travel agent channels.

I’ll admit, the first time I went, I was disappointed as there wasn’t much for male fans of the show. However, they now have Bitten By Caroline and Katherine attire, WOO HOO! I also like their journals. Definitely worth a stop if you are a TVDU fan.

Owner was very rude, making fun of my Damon shirt I was already wearing saying “ his eyes look really weird and that looks cheap”. I don’t know who would think that is okay to say to someone let alone a paying customer. It’s honestly ridiculous that she is saying this kind of stuff to customers to try to make sales because it’s in all of the other reviews as well. Horrible horrible service.

owner was so nasty to customers. and if i hear her say one more time l, “iTs WoRlDwiDe”… sweet pea not it’s not, no one has ever heard of you unless you live in covington or have seen her shop in person. clothing was cringe and it also smelled like an 11 year old who just discovered axe body spray for the first time. came all the way from across the country to visit covington and was interested when i was walking down the street and came across this shop (of which had a badly painted picture of what people assume is damon’s eyes). was very disappointed by her attitude and the clothing design. embarrassing honestly. instead of trying to defend yourself in these reviews, take the criticism and FIX YOUR ERRORS (and your judgmental/non professional attitude)! anyways, hope this helps! ❤️❤️

It was great, they have unique things that I didn’t see in other stores, the girl at the counter was extremely nice, talked to me about TVD things, I could try my sweater on, I went twice and I loved it
