We purchased a boat from Black Label Marine and we have been treated amazingly. They fixed our warranty for us, they fixed a couple little things on the boat and they got us an appointment in right away to make sure our boat and accessories were working like fine wine for our Key West trip coming up. Our SeaFox 228 Commander is everything we have wanted for our family of 4. We have power poles, upgraded screens, and trolling motor. I would recommend this company and their general manager is top notch.

We have not taken ownership of our new used boat yet, but we will soon. The customer service experience in purchasing our 22' Stingray is great. They had follow up, team together from various departments, and ensure that all the boxes are checked before we take ownership. It is worth the drive to this location as we are two hours away in Palm Coast.
Updated April 2022, we did receive the boat and I must say again what a wonderful job all the staff has done. We had a couple hiccups but the customer service was so above and beyond in resolving any concern. I maybe followed up too much (!!) but they were always professional and addressed any questions. I would recommend this company and staff professionalism was excellent. Big kudos to Jeremiah and Mark in service.

I wanted to take a minute and give the “hull” truth on my experience with Black Label Marine Group. Things sometimes do not work out perfectly; it’s a fact of life. Yet when things are not perfect, it’s all about one’s true character, and the efforts that are put in, to make the situation the very best it can be. With this sentiment I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Jeremiah, Madi (Madi is an absolute helm master with boats. A true professional of the boating trade) and the rest of the team at Black Label Marine and Ryan/Sea Fox for the outstanding service and assistance they provided during the sales process of our new Sea Fox 288 Commander.

I truly appreciate the professional handling, advice, and always prompt responses to our thoughts and concerns. From sales to delivery the staff was fair, ethical, and strived to make things right. As background information, there was an issue with the hull when the boat was delivered that caused us to send the boat back. Instead of being grumpy and looking for excuses, Black Label Marine jumped into action and got the boat immediately back to Sea Fox for an inspection. They were an amazing advocate working with Sea Fox to confirm our concern and ultimately to get them to build an entirely new boat for us. Yes, it caused a delay, but they expedited the process and through some items to make everyone feel like it was a win/win.

This time around we went to the factory to check out the boat and Ryan and the Sea Fox team were excellent and asked a whole lot of questions. You can tell they are striving to continuously improve design and quality with feedback from their customers.

Thank you to everyone who was part of the process in getting our new boat “Intemperance” to us. It’s not necessary about smooth waters… the roughest storms prove the strength of our anchors. Thank you again Black Label Marine and Sea Fox for partnering with us and getting us an exceptional boat and helping us navigate a challenging boat buying process.

Absolutely amazing service department. Took my boat in to get worked on and after I picked it up, it still wasn’t running right. They got me back in ASAP and took care of the issue, no problem. Cannot recommend their service department enough, everyone there is very nice and easy to deal with
