I spoke with the manager of the store. I believe in two sides to a story. I got my answer. The manager was very cordial and explained to me in detail what happened.
My Nephew was not aware of what happened when the police were called. The manager was actually trying to avoid confusion and clear the matter up. My Nephew and I will be going to the store to resolve any issues and concerns. I applaud the manager for his open mindedness to resolve the issue. I would give him a raise if I could. I an not happy with the store security role in this matter. 😒

My Nephew was verbally assaulted by your manager, who followed him into another store, to accuse him of stealing. The issue of this whole ordeal is, he had nothing on him. The police were called by my Nephew because your employee stood within inches of him in another store embarrassing him.Your employee was yelling and pointing his finger in his face. We will be returning to your store tomorrow to address this issue.I feel my Nephew deserves an apology from all parties involved. The impact that this incident is having on my Nephew is uncalled for. He needs answers as to why he was targeted and why he was falsely accused of stealing.

I had the worst experience here shopping for a dress for my friends birthday party. Immediately after entering the store, I was approached by a young woman who asked if I needed assistance. I told her I was looking for a dress. She gave me a dress that was a size medium. I informed her I was a small. She replied that if it didn’t fit me, she would take the small off the mannequin. I tried on the medium dress and to no surprise, it didn’t fit. The employee said she would take the small off the mannequin while I went back in the dressing room. I came out of the dressing room and the employee reported she had already put the size small up front for me to check out. I bought it without looking at the size since I trusted the woman. After I got home, I realized it was a size large. I tried returning the dress for my money back and the store owner said that I initially tried on the large. I informed the owner that I did not try on the large (I am no where near a size large), and that the employee was the one who gave me the wrong size. From the very beginning, she insisted I try on the medium even though I told her that wasn’t my size. Anyway, the store owner refused to give me my money back since the store only does in store credit (even though the employee was 100% in the wrong and the only reason I got the wrong size was because of her). So I received in store credit rather than just getting my cash back. I have never stepped foot in this store again and I never will. This is the Davenport location but I wouldn’t be surprised if all locations are like this. Also, please don’t call me “dear”. You sound like an Indian scammer.

Really good products, lots of really interesting brands, styles, and choices. There's only one problem though, they don't do full returns, only in store credit. I got a present from there for someone but it didn't fit their fashion style. So we went back to return it and maybe get something different that fits them better. But instead they say they could only do in store credit. So even though we got something that fit my friend but cost less, I lost a good chunk of money through the process. You better love what you get there. I'm not going back ever again when Amazon and other retailers can return stuff for the full amount. This business practice is not how you retain customers.

Right when I walked in they started to force me to buy some off brand Bape products. I was just planning on looking but they forced me to try on some of there stuff. I am 13 years old and I think it’s ridiculous that they use a child to get some cash.
