My wife, like most women I imagine, is particular about her bathing suits. Of all the places we've visited locally, Blue Island had the best selection, prices and absolutely the best customer service.

An amazing employee named Mary basically gave my wife concierge style service until she found exactly what she needed fit wise. She didn't even have to leave the dressing room to try alternative styles and sizes. Its somewhat rare to find someone who truly loves her job, but I could tell Mary does! She knew where everything in the store was located and what sizes they had.

After finding what we needed, another friendly employee named Debbie helped us at the front counter - and even suggested a wax for my son to use on his skim board to help with grip.

I'm one to give credit where credit it due, and these ladies deserve praise for a job well done.

Blue Island gets five stars from us!

The store was super cute, a little pricy, but expected for a vacation souvenir shop. Loved everything they had there!!! Cute dresses, nice clothes for women, men, kids, etc. Really cool souvenirs, and beach items. Everything you need for a perfect beach day. We did a lot of shopping there and got some really cool clothes for everyone.

My son (4 years old) had to use the restroom. I asked the worker if we can use and she told me that “it was broke “.
I asked her how she uses the restroom while she was working. She told me she “went next-door”.
And as she was the only one working the store, I highly doubt that. We will never shop there again.

Went here because the reviews were really good. Safe to say I was not disappointed! The selection is great and I was able to find a nice quality swimsuit that fits well and is on trend! (The price was great as well!) I met Mary and she is such a sweet lady, who is extremely helpful but not overbearing. When I was ready to try on swimsuits she opened the dressing room and stayed at the desk closest to the rooms in case I needed different styles and sizes (which I did). She made my shopping experience seamless and every girl knows how stressful shopping for the right bathing suite is / can be. People like her are the reason I return to places. Every time I’m in Panama City beach, this store will have my business!

The lady opening the store was So rude. As I’m giving this review it is 8:59 and all the doors are wide open and she told us she’s not open opening until 9 In a rude tone with her smokers voice. I understand the store opens at 9:00 but come on. She was rude and seemed like she was late to work. There are zero customers flocking to your store right now and what would it hurt to let us look around for a minute or say nicely “ can y’all give me just a second I need to do a few more things before I can let you in.” Will never go back here even though it looks like a cute shop.

Lots of cute finds and reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. I kind of wish they played more than two songs on the radio though. Overall good place to shop.

This store is a great place to find swimsuits for all sizes. Mary was extremely helpful and treated us like we were in a very expensive clothing store. She brought me many suggestions to my dressing room for my convenience. The best part was everything was 50% off the tag price!
