Firstly, my original visit to this store was wonderful. The lady working was so friendly and chatty, really upbeat. Unfortunately, I knocked my poor little penguin lamp off of the shelf and his head broke so I ordered a replacement and I'm pretty sure I was waiting less than 24 hours before I received. Efficient right? The one I ordered came with a scuff mark across the front so I emailed for advise on how to restore the lamp to its usual condition and before I know it I've had an email advising they're shipping me a new one to replace my 'cursed' one! What lovely, wonderful service. I couldn't recommend this place enough, it's definitely where my family can expect Christmas presents from this year!

Wanted a pair of embroided House of Disaster gloves that were out of stock on HoD website however Bluebell & co had them! Was so happy to receive them, sent the same day and arrived super quickly. Would buy from them again.

Ordered one of their hummingbird with pompom dressing gowns online during lockdown. It arrived the following day, and is absolutely beautiful. Fantastic quality and I haven't seen anything like this anywhere else. Plus it arrived with a handwritten note. Fantastic service, love supporting independent retailers, and this one is fab x

Just the most wonderful shop full of beautiful childrens clothing and home accessories. Always such brilliant service as well! Definately a shop worth checking out if your in north laine area.

Got a really nice ladies dressing gown, novelty socks and Xmas decorations. Lots more ranges including bedding and children's clothes. Worth a visit
