Great company to work with. I unknowingly used their website's "get it touch with text" option after hours, figuring it would queue it up for the next business day. I purchased a Dillion reloading press and accessories from these guys I drove 100 miles to buy in store I was blown away by the customer service I received
The guy helping had told me on more than one thing that he would be happy to sell me what ever he had but told me how I could save money on extras.
After getting home I realized my new press was missing parts after a quick call he was able to get parts shipped out that night
He also helped with a an accessory not being compatible and was messaging me at 8 pm on Saturday night hours after he was closed.
I really feel this company went over and beyond.
I was expecting to be told to take it up with the manufacturer
And I was pleasantly surprised I will be doing business with them in the future
