They have a good variety of plants, trees and annuals at this location. The items inside are a little pricey compared to similar like items at other stores. They sell chicks, ducks, and rabbits at this location. Some landscaping items are available

This farm store, mainly in the Midwest region, has something a farmer, his wife, and there kids could enjoy or need. The staff was friendly and the store was stocked full of merchandise that my dog Woody took the pleasure of checking out. From animals to food and everything under the sun is available here. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for just about anything. I would say their specialty is farm animals and supplies for the upkeep or maintenance of a house or the ranch.

It would be nice if the bins in the plumbing department were better maintained.
I understand that customers handle fittings and sometimes don't put them back in their proper places, but better maintenence would make it easier to find things.
This would probably aid in keeping a proper inventory too, as sizes are always mixed or missing.

Unbelievably rude and disrespectful person at the checkout counter, never had this experience there before. All I did was ask if I could return something and I had a valid receipt. She (Brenda) asked for help from a manager, and she was even worse. I’ve been going to this store for many years now and never had an issue before. Literally humiliated me because I wanted to return a gift (however it was necessary to do so, whether it be exchange or gift card) and blaming me for the fact that it was rang up as a different style during original purchase, than what I brought back. I had the receipt and it was given to me as a gift, people get busy and can’t return things the week that they get them. And there was nothing on the receipt about it needing to be within 30 days or I wouldn’t have brought it back. I was given a gift card, with store credit for the refund, but don’t worry I won’t be going back to use it. I left the store feeling about two inches tall while wondering what in the world just happened and what I did wrong. This was at 2:30pm, Tell City location on 10/17/22.

I tried to do a return and was very rudely denied. Their online return policy states a grow rewards member can do a return without a receipt, but grouchy rude clerk B. leaves a lot to be desired in her willingness to give great customer service. The bothersome part is my family and I adore this store but bad service continues to turn us away.
