I had a great experience at Boudreau Jewelers. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and we picked out my wedding ring here also. My ring’s are beautiful and they went out of their way to make sure they fit perfectly. This is not your typical ‘run of the mill’ jewelry store. We will be back for all of our jewelry needs. Thank you to Steve and his team for taking great care of us.

Ann and Mr. Buodreau too good care of me. I went to some of the big jewelry stores in town like in the mall, no other customer service compared to theirs. I’m not inclined on jewelry at all, but Ann gave me some knowledge when I was picking out my engagement ring. Mr. Buodreau was kind enough to help me stay wishing my budget. They also can order lab made diamonds if you aren’t looking for real ones that they carry in store. Most importantly I felt taken care of and that’s why I went with them.

Left my and my wife's rings to be worked on, both just needed to be resized. After almost 4 weeks and no contact we called and were told , "we'll call when they are ready." After another 2 weeks we called and the jeweler had not even started to work on them. We told them we would pick them up. Got there picked the rings up, no apologies or concern over the time frame. Would not recommend them.

Took in my gold and diamond heart pendant for repair which needed to be soldered on one side. At first I was told it would take four weeks to get repaired. The lady had the jeweler look at it and he said he couldn't repair because it was too worn. The lady handed it back to me and they had broken the soldered area on the other side. I want to be reimbursed half of the cost I paid for the repairs since the jeweler here broke my pendant worse than it was. I'm highly disappointed and frustrated that they broke it worse than it was when I took it in, and then the jeweler said he couldn't fix it. I took it to another local jeweler, Geo's Jewelry and Watch Repair, and he repaired it in less than 24 hours. Now my pendant looks new thanks to Geo's Jewelry and Watch Repair. I won't be back to Boudreau's Jewelers and Gallery!!!

BEST jeweler in the United States! 5 stars is definitely an understatement. From the original purchase of my engagement ring in 1989, to our wedding bands and multiple purchases over the years, Steve has not only been our personal jeweler, he’s a great friend. We moved from Las Cruces in 1994, and we still go back to Steve for all our jewelry needs - all the way from Pennsylvania! Steve always greets us with a smiling face and a warm welcome. We ONLY trust Steve and his team. We recently had a “30 year checkup” performed on my ring set, and after a couple of “tweaks”, my rings look just like they did the day we said “I do”! Thank you, Steve for being AWESOME!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Ann worked with me through the process of designing my wife's wedding ring from scratch. I brought them sketches and they brought my design to life. Every employee there is very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take the time to make sure you understand what you are doing when designing your own jewelry. The finished product blew us away.

Highly recommend Boudreau Jewelers and Gallery to anyone looking for high quality jewelry. My fiancée and I worked with Lynn to find the perfect wedding bands. The owner, Steve, is highly personable and assisted in the process. They listened to what we wanted and helped with the perfect fit! They worked with us on a payment plan that was doable for our budget. We will be back!
