I have a medic alert bracelet that I wear constantly and that has a small cat paw charm. Both are important and needed to keep me safe. The charm had come apart because the jump ring came open. The very helpful young lady not only fixed the jump ring but offered to place a drop of solder on it so that it won't come open again. I didn't even know that was possible so I was so grateful for the offer. The whole repair was only $8. I only took 10 minutes. I'm so grateful to have my bracelet back. I would recommend Bowers for all your jewelry needs.

Amazing service and excellent craftmanship!!! took in my father's wedding ring that had been handed down to me and it was way too small.... aged with an intricate design. not only did they add the gold to make it now fit but matched the aged intricate design flawlessly!!! The rings we bought are pretty and quality seems fine. The issue we had was with the girl who helped us and the “customer service” we received from her. We went in to see about buying a “jacket” style wedding band. Didn’t find any I liked, so the girl who helped us suggested finding 2 of the same ring I liked and having them fuse them. We told her we DID NOT want rings fused to my engagement ring but if we could fuse the two bands to make a jacket. She said yes. We picked some out then took time to think about it while they sent us a quote. I came back into the store to buy the rings a little while later, but she had no idea who we were (after giving her our names for the file on our initial visit) or what we wanted, because she couldn’t find our file she created. Somehow remembered the price she gave us though. When ordering asked again if we were fusing the rings to my engagement band. I again said no, we wanted a jacket. She said ok and supposedly noted it in our file for the second time. Said it would take some time to resize and make a jacket. Picked it up 2 weeks later and it’s 2 separate rings still. I was once again asked if I was getting them fused to my engagement ring since it was noted in my file that’s what I wanted. Frustrated I declined and decided to leave with the rings since the girl who had been “helping” us wasn’t the one who gave me the rings this time. Called my husband to talk to the girl who has been helping us, and once again she has no idea what we wanted. Had no idea we wanted a jacket, even though she’s been told numerous times and suggested this option to us. Then told us if we want a jacket they’ll need my rings back for a few more weeks and another $300+ to create it. when we thought that was included in our original price. I wish we would have stopped the buying process with them at the start of the issues with her 😔
