We ordered our son’s uniforms for fall ball at the beginning of July and were supposed to have them for his first tournament at the end of August. Some of his teammates that ordered theirs in May received theirs in August. I emailed the company because we had been out of town and I wanted to make sure they hadn’t been taken if left on our porch. The company never responded. 2 weeks later, we still hadn’t received his uniforms and his first tournament was that weekend. I called and was told someone would call me back, they didn’t. I called the next day and was on hold for 12 minutes while they looked for them and they came back and said they must be in the mail because they weren’t there. I questioned this as we never received an email that they had shipped like the others got. The response I got was that the other parents shouldn’t have gotten an email and then he finally looked up my order and told me they didn’t even have the product yet to make the uniforms. He said he would have the salesman call me. He did not call me. I got the salesman’s number and called and left a message the next day. He never called me back. At that point our coach started dealing with it. On 9/12 (all the family’s on the team that hadn’t got their uniforms yet) got an email that said Rawlings didn’t have the uniforms and wouldn’t be able to ship the uniforms until 10/8 to them to make them. The email said to reach out with questions. We did finally get our sweatshirts and hats we ordered in the middle of September. On October 8th I emailed the company to see if we would have the uniforms by 10/11 as that weekend was their LAST tournament of the year. I got no response. We did not get anything that said they had shipped and on 10/11 I called again and was finally told they were out for delivery. We spent $375 plus tax and handling fees for uniforms he got to wear for 1 tournament. Luckily they will have the same uniforms next year, if my kid doesn’t outgrow them by then. The customer service has been horrible. They did not offer to really make it right other than to end the uniforms that we had already paid for.

We have ordered various shirts and uniforms from Breedloves. They are always super helpful. We recently missed a deadline to get some playoff shirts and I emailed them and explained our situation. They were more than happy to make what we wanted and get our order to us. A real class act and I highly recommend Breedloves for any custom print clothing you need!

Ordered uniforms & hooded sweatshirts for both of my traveling baseball teams. Absolutely the best service I have ever had! Put them in a tight timeline for one team, and they addressed the issue and found us an inexpensive temporary uniform that would meet our time requirement. Hats and uniforms look amazing!!! Will be using them for next year!!!

We run a big organization that was holding our annual event. We ordered tshirts from another company online and then we could not get a hold of them. A friend recommended Breedloves and within 2 weeks or less, they took my order, made the shirts, and had them ready. Great customer service, very fast process and the shirts looked awesome!

Emailed- no response! Called- no return call! Spoke to someone who would call back- didn’t happen!!
Sent me a horribly placed logo and said “well that’s how we are trained to do it” but the other three shirts I have from them are placed perfectly!
Horrible customer service, rude employees, but I probably wasn’t very nice either!

Excellent service. I don't know the lady's name who helped us, but she was friendly, informative, and nice. Helped us find shoes and other things we were shopping for. I'd certainly go back. Such a great selection of all different sports team's different things. I wish they had Atlanta Braves things, but even still. They have Green Bay Packers items and that's hard to find anywhere near there.

The products are quality but the people are even better!!! I called in recently with issues from an OLD (I mean old) order that I had just caught and they not only jumped to help me get it fixed but were happy to do so! Specifically, Bonnie and Jessica were super helpful! 10/10
