I purchased new hiking boots in the spring and every time I wear them I thank Browns! They are absolutely amazing and have made summer hiking incredible! The boots themselves are super high quality, comfortable and supportive. I tried on several and the sales associate was extremely helpful and spent as much time with me as I needed. I’m very impressed and thrilled to have been able to get them in Cheyenne! Thanks Browns team!

The staff was attentive and courteous to my needs the moment I walked through the door... both times. My first visit, I selected boots a size too big. I wore the boots for 2 days and couldn't continue in them any longer. I returned with the boots(mind you the boots were scuffed but that wasn't a problem for them!). I was welcomed again by kind staff eager to help. With help from one of the workers I was able to find the perfect boots for work(The girl servicing me did the selecting for me and she couldn't have picked better boots!). They fit better and were cheaper than my first pick. I was in and out. Thank goodness for their 30-day return policy! I tip my hat to Brown's.

Excellent service! I told Amanda what I was looking for as far as cushioning and comfort and she recommended two different styles of Hoka shoes. I bought a pair of Hoka Clifton 9 and realized a couple days later I should have got the wide version. They exchanged them for me, but after wearing them for a couple weeks, I realized I should have downsized since I got the wide version. I was afraid they would not exchange them since I had exchanged them once already. I called and talked to them and they said it would not be a problem to downsize to get the perfect fit. Amanda helped me fine tune my fit and now they are perfect! The Clifton 9’s are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever owned. Running with them are amazing, the soft cushion absorbs the impact, and makes it easier on my joints ( I’m in my 40’s). And they are amazing to walk-in in, or even standing at work. Best shoe store in town, because they care about their customers.

Awesome selection and the employees here are very knowledgeable. Every time I've come in I'm able to find what I need and on the very rare times there's been a problem, they've been able to find a fix quickly and easily. I love that they offer specific sizes for wide feet too! Although the prices are a bit higher, it's worth it as the quality of shoes can't be beat.

I purchased Hoka Boni for work. They hurt my feet. They exchanged them several times and worked on this pair I have now. They fit great thank you so much. I have been a customer for many years and the service is 2nd to non. I recommend browns to everyone. Hoka slip resistant for all day on your feet feel so good.
