Expensive for low quality items, and terrible customer service. Ordered a hoodie and two types of shirts from a high school “fan gear” store run by this company. One shirt, cotton adult men’s large, the logo is way too small for the shirt and looks like it’s for a women’s small or child size, should have been adjusted to be proportional with the clothing size. The other shirt is a different material, some kind of sport material, and is see through. The hoodie is stiff and uncomfortable with zero stretch.
The see through shirt was ordered customized with player’s name and number on the back but it was printed on another person’s order (they reached out to us but the shirt sizes are not the same so we couldn’t swap). We both attempted to correct the issue. The rep I called said it would be processed in 48 hours. Over 3 weeks later it’s not ready and will not ship for 2 more weeks after the season has basically ended. Zero responsibility for their company’s error, no offer to refund or offer to expedite the new order, just “sorry for the inconvenience”. Will not order from them again.

Promised delivery in 5 weeks but did not start order until 6 weeks after the order closed. Now the delivery is scheduled 12 weeks after order close. Customer service had no ability to help with order timeline.

First and last time I will deal with this company.
1. They do not give you an option other than standard shipping which can take 2-3 weeks to manufacture and then ship ,only they don't tell you that except for the fine print at the bottom of the website and only after you have placed an order. So, if you have a close deadline (which I did ) you will be SOL because.

2. In order to cancel, you either have to reach them via their contact form or call in. I called in, and she basically said it was too late to cancel but that she would put the request in and HOPED it would get in on time..nevermind that I made this order over the weekend and literally called on Monday.

3. Nobody has reached out via contact form either.

4. The charge already went through , so I had to call my bank to dispute it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As soon as I get the items I am returning them and demanding that they refund me my money.

I would leave zero stars if I could. After calling several times to check on our order, I was told my son's order would be completed and sent on December 9th. On the 19th, after not receiving the order, I called again. I was told that there was an error in processing and that the order should have been sent on the 9th. I was then transferred to a voicemail which was not returned. The following day I called and they told me that order was processed. I asked for an exception to send overnight given the delay and that my son's sports season is now half finished. I was immediately told that it's impossible to send over night prior to the holiday season. I asked for an exception and clearly received an very negative response. Poor service and an eternity to process order and ship.

It's been 3 months, and I just got ONE of my son's four items we ordered. Season is over and none of the players received their orders in time. DO NOT ORDER.

These people are very unprofessional. They were very happy to take our Upland HS Soccer team’s money and provide a defective product. We were told they would provide replacements by November 26, 2018 and we are still waiting for the uniforms... The rep, Bob Richter, has no professionalism... not only did he miss the promised delivery date, he REFUSES TO ANSWER ANYONE’S TEXTS!
There is plenty of companies out there who will work for your money
