We drove 4 hours to get a bike. My husband rode it home in 36 degree weather.
The guys there were very nice and explained everything to us. They covered everything possible. The bikes were all in great condition. You can't beat the service or prices on the bikes. We definitely will send our friends there and will go back if we ever want another one. Thanks for the great service.

I went there today and had a great experience. I had gone over to lake city power sports earlier in the day and was treated incredibly rudely, so I was a bit nervous coming over here after that. But I had a great experience I was shown multiple great bikes and given tons of explanation as I had never looked at Harley’s before. They took time to explain everything to me and even stayed late to assist me. I really appreciate it and it made my day much better. If you are new to Harley I highly recommend coming and speaking with them.

All the positive reviews I read on this site convinced me to reach out to Burkes for my recent motorcycle purchase. I spoke with Jason. He was very nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable, answered every question I had and never made me feel rushed. I was approved over the phone within minutes even though it was a Friday afternoon. We picked it up Saturday morning. The owner was very friendly and showed me how to use all the controls. Jason and the owner loaded and strapped it to the trailer. A 5 star transaction.

Let me preface this with we live in the Houston, TX area. We have a lot of local options when it comes to buying a motorcycle. This started early in 2023 when we started looking at motorcycles to replace our older Yamahas. One day, Burke's Repo Outlet pops up in my social media feed. I start looking at their website and am blown away by pricing. We had an upcoming road trip and decided to go to Indiana and check this out in-person. We arrived at Burke's and ended up talking to Darin for 2 hours. Pricing was right on the bike, there was no mystery or huge additional fee to this process. We discussed the best way to handle financing since we were from out of state and even how to get it back to Texas, and just chatter about bikes, the industry and our greater plan. We realized that this was the real deal and that when we got back to Texas we needed to get the logistics figured out. Within a week, everything was in order and we planned to go back up to Indiana to pick up a beautiful 2022 HD Road Glide. Once we arrived back at Burke's with our truck and trailer, we were greeted warmly by everyone. We quickly signed our final paperwork, got a few T-shirts, cookies and stickers, and got the bike onto the trailer. Darin is the load master - that bike did NOT move on the entire 1100+ mile ride home.
This process was simple, no hidden surprises and now we have a new riding family in Indiana. Our plan is to buy another bike from them in the coming year! I cannot say enough positive things about this experience!

Tried getting a street glide in Fort Wayne at the Harley dealership and I couldn’t get a payment that was reasonable. Burkes made it possible to get on a very very beautiful 2022 street glide. I’m very happy. The guys there are nice people very informative. I would definitely go back an get another bike from burkes

Had been watching the website for a bit, and decided to give it a shot. I sent my credit app in at 9am on a Saturday, had my approval by 10am! They are serious when they say zero down/ no payments for 90 Days. I was surprised by how quickly they were able to get it done, and at a better rate than the big dealers! Once I had my approval, I made the hour 1/2 drive, arrived at Burkes around 1pm, and I was riding my 2023 Indian Challenger home before 2! Friendly staff, No complaints. Thanks for the easy experience!
