Very disappointed with the customer service!! I placed an order Friday morning, I was hoping to have it mailed out at least on Monday for Tuesday delivery im in NY. (Needed for a simcha for Wednesday) was willing to send an overnight label. but no the order wasn’t fulfilled even on Tuesday. and customer service is almost nonexistent my email was answered a few days later. Phones were never answered. Tried a different number and did reach a human finally, but then she simply hung up on me. What kind of business is this
