I found the machine we were looking for online, called to get details and Shawn was there to answer all my questions and kept in contact until we could make the trip over to check it out. Once I got there they rolled out the red carpet and treated my wife and I like family. He introduced us to the staff and showed us around the place. Everyone there was super friendly. Aaron and Rick helped make it a smooth process. Having people like them representing a business is what makes for a successful business!

When I say we cannot recommend Byron Outdoor Superstore more, I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! My husband and I went in with just the idea that we were looking around and seeing what our options were. We went in and spoke to Shaun, who was so helpful and kind from the moment we got in there. He instantly helped my husband find the bike he was looking for, helped me talk him into FINALLY getting it, got the numbers approved, credit approved and the bike out in less than 2 hours. Not only did he keep the interaction light and strong with my husband, he made sure I felt comfortable in the process as well, which for me was a big deal since I was nervous at first. Shawn Sneeder helped me purchase my first ever bike. All started a months back when I came in to browse and look at bikes for the first time. He welcomed me in and offered me and my friends water, showed me a wide selection of different motorcycles. Even was willing to show us some of the Can-Am’s, never once did I feel pressured or forced into anything. Every step of the way I was looked after and made sure that what I chose was something I’d be happy with. And gave me guidance as to where a good place to start would be. Even going as far as bringing me to different departments to broaden my scope on motorcycles, gear and the like. Definitely was very enthusiastic and kept a positive sense of humor and outlook throughout. Come present day, fully decided and knowledgeable on what I wanted, he got me a great deal on my new Yamaha R3. Cannot be more happy with it, it’s fun, responsive and a gorgeous bike. They threw in a Yoshimura carbon fiber exhaust, sliders and tinted windshield. Already taking care of the upgrades I had wanted to do. To me it was now the perfect beginner friendly bike. And to say I am in love with it would be an understatement.

Buyers use caution!

Please ensure you read over all paperwork to ensure you receive the correct boat. Original Review and pictures attached. We were able to get the boat we originally shown and sold. However to do this my husband had to take another Hard Inquiry on his credit to take out the loan for the correct boat since the original loan amount was no longer sufficient.

As a former Finance Manager and General Manager over a dealership for 10 years I feel it is imperative future buyers be fully aware of what could happen if they do not read over the full Sales Agreement before signing. We knew better than to not read over all the documents but as return buyers we let ourselves become placid.

Buying any type of vehicle, whether be for an every day driver or a toy to play in the mud, is nerve racking. Shawn makes that worry disappear!
Shawn has been our salesman on multiple dealings when it comes to UTVs. We followed him from Capital Cycle to Byron Powersports for our next purchase. When I tell you that this man will move mountains to make sure you get the best bang for your buck, rest assured, I’m telling you the honest truth. He is honest and super easy to work with.

What a great place! I drove down from Atlanta after working online to purchase my dream bike. The staff was amazing. They took the time to walk me through the process with no stress at all. The owner greeted me at the door and set me up with a Triumph expert that was super passionate about the brand and answered all of my questions. I have really never felt better about a large purchase. The drive from Atlanta was so worth it.
