This Credit Union provides shredding of documents on certain days free of charge. This is a service very important to me. The employees I deal with are very friendly and informative.

Michelle was so fantastic today!! She let me use her chair to rest as she helped me with my deposit, which was so helpful with my leg aches and leg issues!! The entire team here is so amazing and friendly, every week, but she went above and beyond today. Thank you Michelle for being so amazing!!!

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. We set up an account to help get a cheaper rate on a car loan and it has been horrible since. We've had the account for maybe a month and we have had so many issues. The direct deposit didn't go through because the bank teller told us to put a -01 on the end but when we called back they told us we needed to remove that. We also can't link our external account to pay off the loan. And on top of all of that we have called the bank 4+ times and they told us we need to wait. At this point our loan is due and we can't transfer money, find our direct deposit or even put money into the account. If you can avoid it don't use this bank.

The staff here is a little newer but they were very kind and helpful and eager to serve me. I told them what my issue was and they were able to help me resolve it within a timely manner and helped me with some other financial support as well.

A few months ago, they changed the ability to be able to make a principal-only payment to the mortgage right after making a regular payment, so I would have to log in a few days after to make the payment. Now, they changed it so that I can't make any principal payments at all. I had to call customer service, and they informed me that it is not an option anymore, the only thing I can do is make my regular payment bigger. Making my regular payment bigger does not guarantee that the money will go toward the principal; it could go toward next month's payment (which pays money toward the interest). We should have a say on how and when we can make principal payments, and not have to waste our time calling customer service to get it done.
